Individualisation
Recommendations follow from the conversation, preferences and the person's goal, not from a universal meal plan.
My name is Natalia Corvo. I provide online nutrition consultations in Polish for people living in different countries.

For an adult, the direction of weight change is related to energy balance over time. We estimate the energy needed to maintain weight, account for activity and set a reasonable starting point: lower for weight loss or higher for weight gain.
That remains an estimate, not a fixed number. We observe the trend, wellbeing, hunger, fullness and how manageable the plan is, then adjust it in response to what actually happens.
Arithmetic alone does not make a good plan. Food quality, satiety, health, medication, sleep, budget, culture and daily routine affect whether a change is safe and sustainable. I do not automatically apply this model to children, pregnancy or eating disorders; those situations require separate assessment and, where needed, coordinated care.
Recommendations follow from the conversation, preferences and the person's goal, not from a universal meal plan.
I do not diagnose or change treatment. When needed, I ask the person to contact a doctor or another appropriate professional.
I base educational content on reliable sources and correct it when better evidence or an error is identified.
The strongest claims often travel fastest on social media. I check whether a promise is supported by evidence, whom it applies to and what its limitations are.
We establish a starting point from the goal, health, eating pattern, activity and everyday circumstances.
We look at trends over time, tolerance of the plan, satiety, energy and practical feasibility, not one measurement or one day.
We adjust portions, meal structure and strategies when observations show that the starting point does not match the person's needs.
In a short enquiry, describe the goal without sending medical records. I will reply to say whether I can help and which consultation is appropriate.
